10 DIY LED projects for beginners and students – Do with Havi elements

LEDs are loved even by tiny toddlers. We have several parents purchasing Havi Elements Smart Lighting Kit for their 4-years-old, because they love LED lights. (though not recommended by us). And then with the help of parents and other elders at home, kids would kick start their DIY journey with LEDs.
What is LED?
LED is an electronic component called Diode, that emits light. Since it’s a “diode” that “emits” “light”, it is known as Light Emitting Diode – LED in short.
LEDs can be found in a variety of colors. What are the LED colors you get in the Havi Elements DIY Robotics Starter Kit? Get the answer here!
What is the real-life example of LED?
LEDs are around us, everywhere, for several decades now. Starting from power on-off indicator to entire screen displays, you see around and you will find tens of examples everywhere. AC, remote controls, Scooter and car dashboard, head lights of your robotic car, table lamps….Everywhere.
How to use LED lights in project?
LED lights are comparatively easy to handle in the circuits. You need to take care of Anode and Cathode of the LED while making the projects. But in Havi elements, we have taken care of that and you can just insert the LED cables in LED elements. That makes project making easy, entertaining and engaging for the kids and beginners.
So let’s start making 10 cool LED projects.
The first four projects use a basic circuit of power + LED. The next two projects add a light sensor. The last 4 projects include both the light sensor and the flip. You’ll understand their usage as you build each project.
