What will you be doing?
Execute a design project from ideation to go-to-market strategy. That includes phases like….
- Customer communication, market research and idea validation.
- Making prototypes using materials like cardboard, paper, clay and others.
- Preparing 3D drawings, models, renders, 2D graphics and videos using various computer softwares.
- Work with a variety of materials, 3D printing, laser cutting and other processes.
- Documentation and content creation.
- Be part of procurement and manufacturing.
- Put the product in the market through various channels.
Key skills & requirements
- Great visual and verbal communication skills.
- 3D design and rendering tools, Graphics design tools and video editing tools.
- Knowledge of laser cutting, 3D printing and other manufacturing processes would be a plus.
- Work in office, not a remote job.

What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and conversions on the company’s website. This includes optimizing product listings, managing promotion, ads, and leveraging SEO and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize the Amazon storefront, including product listings, PPC campaigns, and inventory management.
- Identify and manage additional e-commerce platforms relevant to the target market.
- Ideate and create content in various forms like Audio, video, graphics and text.
- Develop and implement a strategy to identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential dealers and distributors.
- Explore opportunities and develop strategies for selling to schools and other institutions. This involves creating tailored pitches, establishing partnerships, and negotiating contracts.
- Help define and communicate the brand’s value proposition across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising on various channels and platforms.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Track sales performance across different channels and provide regular reports on metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand product features, benefits, and USPs to effectively communicate these to potential buyers.

Job description
We have built a creativity lab at Bhavangar and looking for teachers passionate to teach Robotics and STEAM only through DIY projects and Toys.
Apart from that, schools across India and abroad use Havi’s products and are always actively looking for great teachers who can teach Robotics, Coding and STEAM in schools.
Online teaching is also an opportunity when parents look for that.
