We ship every order placed on our website within a maximum of 48 hours, unless the customer is specifically informed otherwise. Once an order has been shipped, we rely on third-party shipping service providers and have limited control over the exact delivery timeline.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Any non-refundable payment gateway charges, transaction processing fees, and applicable international transaction fees incurred at the time of payment will be deducted from the refund amount.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re happy with it — but if you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item for a full refund or an exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Returns All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. All returned items and the packaging must not be be physically broken or altered.

Return process Email us at toys@havi.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging. Note: Returns and refunds are available for orders shipped within India only. Orders shipped outside India are not currently eligible for return or refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item for processing. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
